Biographical Note
Ó Cathaláin (Ó Cahaláin, Cahillane, Cahellane), Tomás (Thomas) (c.1862-?): Tomás Ó Cathaláin was born in Fybagh, Castlemaine, county Kerry, around 1862. He attended the local school. He was living in Fybagh for the censuses of 1901 [http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai000890027/] and 1911 [http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai002511252/]. He was a farmer and postmaster. He married his wife, Catherine, around 1890. They had no children.
