Biographical Note
Ó Laoghaire (Ó Laere, O'Leary), Mícheál (Míhál, Michael) (c.1862-?): Mícheál Ó Laoghaire was born in Cloghfune, near Ballydonegan, county Cork, around 1862. He attended primary school near Cloghfune. He and his father were farmers. He spent 12 years in America c. 1885-97. After returning from America he lived in Rossmackowen (and/or Ballydonegan?), Bear, county Cork.
