Biographical Note
Ó Conchúir (Connor), Séamas (James) (c.1849-?): Séamas Ó Conchúir was born in Ardaneanig, Killarney parish, county Kerry, around 1849. He attended primary school locally. Both he and his father were farmers. He married his wife, Bridget, around 1880. They had five sons and three daughters. He was living in Ardaneanig with his family for the censuses of 1901 [http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai000869946/] and 1911 [http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai002534651/].
