Biographical Note
Breathnach (Breanhach, Walsh), Séamas (James) (c.1888-?): Séamas Breathnach was born in Knockadoon, Ballymacoda, county Cork, around 1888. He attended primary school near Knockadoon. His father was a farmer and Séamas was a shopkeeper and fisherman at the time of the recording.
