Translation

The father pleaded with him (?) to go in. And he wouldn't go in. He said to the father, "I'm here with you all the time and I never broke the commandments. And you never even gave me a kid that I could enjoy with my friends. And your son who came home after spending all he had meanly and without (...), you killed the fatted calf for him."

The father said, "Son, you are with me here always. And all that I have in life is yours. But it was right for us to be joyful and cheerful when your brother came home. And he was dead but he was found. He came back to life. He was lost and he was found.
