Cuir(idh) mé mé féin i bhfianaise Dé. Déanaim gníomh adhartha. Creidim, a Dhia, go bhfuil tú anseo i láthair, go bhfuil tú ag féachaint orm, go bhfuil tú ag éisteacht liom, go bhfuil fios agad ar m'uile smaoitiú. Adhraim agus onóirim tú. Aidim[1] gur tú mo chruthaitheoir agus m'ardtiarna. Isl(idh) mé mé féin go hiomlán faoi do smacht.

Gníomh buíochais.
Bheirim (míle) buíochas duid, a Thiarna, as tiolacadh[2] is grásta a (thug tú domh) ó tháinig mé ar an tsaol, agus go speisialta fá mo thabhairt slán ó chodladh na hoíche aréir.
Translation
I give witness before God. I make an act of worship. I believe, God, that you are present here, that you are looking at me, that you are listening to me, that you know all of my thoughts. I worship and honour you. I acknowledge that you are my creator and my high lord. I submit myself to your will entirely.
**********
An act of thanks.
I thank you a thousand(?) times, o Lord, for the gifts and graces you gave me (?) since I was born, and especially for keeping me safe as I slept last night.
