Biographical Note
Ó Maoilchiaráin (Comer), Labhrás (Lawrence, Laurence) (c.1868-?): Labhrás Ó Maoilchiaráin was born in Lisheennaheltia, Glennamaddy, county Galway, around 1868. He went to primary school in Glennamaddy. Like his father, he was a farmer. As an adult, he spent four years in England. He was back living in Lisheennaheltia during the censuses of 1901 [http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai000818069/] and 1911 [http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai000818069/]. He married his wife, Nora, around 1910.
