Transcript
Paidrín Páirteach i dTeampall Dé,
Bhí ag moladh na mná a bhí ariamh gan locht,
A Íosa, a Mhuire, is a Rí na nGrást,
Ná lig fán ar m'anam bocht.
Maith an sagart Mac Dé,
Maith an baisteadh a rinne sé.
Bhaist sé Eoin Baist'
Agus bhaist Eoin Baist' é.
Go luighe[1] le Dia,
Go luighe Dia liom.
Ceithre (croí) ar mo leabaidh,
Ceithre hainglí uirthi trasnaí,
Má fhaghaim bás (roimhe an) maidin,
Gur i bhflaithis Dé a bheas mo leabaidh.
